Your enquiry

Undo Debt Review uses the contact information you submit to respond to your enquiry and assess the assistance you request. The form requests your name, email address, phone number and city. You may choose to provide further information about your debt review or supporting documents. Only provide documents relevant to your enquiry.

By submitting the form, you consent to being contacted about your enquiry and to the processing needed to assess it. This is separate from optional advertising measurement. An enquiry does not sign you up for a paid service.

Storage and service providers

The website is hosted on Vercel. Enquiries are stored in our customer-management system using Supabase; uploaded documents use Google Firebase storage. Our team and service providers process this information to operate the website and respond to enquiries. Technical information such as IP address and browser details may be stored with an enquiry. Providers may process information outside South Africa.

Information is kept as needed to handle your enquiry, provide agreed services and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Contact us about access, correction, deletion or withdrawal of consent; some records may need to be retained where legally required.

Optional measurement cookies

We ask permission before loading Google Analytics or configured Google Ads measurement tags. If you allow measurement, these services may receive technical device information, page paths and events such as a successful enquiry or a contact-link click. We also retain advertising attribution for up to 30 days. Your cookie choice is saved for up to six months. We do not send form names, contact details, identity numbers, documents or debt amounts to these tags, and ad personalisation is disabled.

Rejecting optional cookies does not prevent an enquiry. Use “Cookie choices” to change your decision. Withdrawing permission stops future optional measurement; it does not automatically remove data already processed by a provider. Google explains its processing at Google Privacy Policy.

Opening WhatsApp takes you to a separate service operated by WhatsApp/Meta under its own privacy terms. A click does not automatically send a message.
